With the ZSE 18 MAXX LEISTRITZ developped a lab scale extruder, which offers inexpensive and authentic operation conditions. Even for the production of small batches, the ZSE 18 MAXX can be an alternative to larger machines. With throughputs from 200 g/h to 40 kg/h (for certain applications) this small extruder is quite amazing.
The technical layout of the ZSE 18 is state-of-the-art of today's twin screw technology:
- modular processing unit,
- heating via highly effective heating cartridge technology,
- intensive barrel cooling (ZIK),
- micro processor control with an optimum amount of features,
