Pharma Extruder / Auxuliary Equipment
Despite the extruders, LEISTRITZ offers a multitude of auxiliary equipment in GMP design. In combination with the ZSE 18 HP-PH and ZSE 27 HP-PH extruders the LEISTRITZ micro pelletizer LMP18/27PH is used rather frequently. With this air pelletizer, spherical pellets with diameters between 0.5 and 1.2 mm are produced, which can be filled into capsules. The products do not get in touch with water as the pellets are cooled off by a circulating air stream and transported via a vacuum conveying system. |
