The FLEXX feature incorporates all advantages
of the ZSE MAXX series plus a quick change system
for the processing unit.

At the same time, the operator is supported by a handling system. Improved up- and downstreams, which also support the fast changeover times of the extruder, are only a logical consequence.

By means of two complete processing units, which are alternately used and corresponding transport systems, the FLEXXline can be reconfigured in extremely short time spans and therefore the downtimes of the extrusion line can be reduced to a minimum of 30 minutes.
