Complete processing: With this tool system you can completely machine tube and shaft ends in one work cycle, or even in one stroke. It is possible to do facing, outside and inside chamfering, centering, and short up to medium length outside turning simultaneously.
Modular Tool Design
The tool system consists of mounting brackets and heads, which can be combined in a modular system according to the application task. The suitable tool head for the application can be selected with 2, 3 or 4 mounting brackets and an outside diameter of 102, 120 or 140 mm from stock. Standard holders for facing, outside and inside chamfering (in a 45° resp. 30° angle), which are suitable for the task can also be supplied from stock.
